High Security Container Seal

The Mega CS locking mechanism is embedded in a groove in the metal bush, making the seals stronger and more difficult to tamper with.

Typical applications of the Mega CS include shipping and intermodal containers. The Mega CS is also widely used for ground transportation.

1.The metallic pin and bush of the Mega CS is made of high-carbon steel which gives better strength and added security.

2.The pin and bush is moulded with a high-impact ABS material. The special high-resilient ABS material does not break easily but will clearly show evidence of tampering.

3.Identical sequential numbers etched with laser technology on both barrel and bolt to prevent replacement of parts.

4.Standard markings include serial number, customer name/ logo. A variation of bar codes can also be marked with laser technology.

5.Available with a transparent plastic cover that protects the marking on the barrel.
